The Bespoke Process

Our Approach

We can design and make any piece of furniture to your exact requirements, whether it be a freestanding dining table or a fully fitted kitchen. As with all items that we make, our bespoke pieces are designed with a keen eye for detail and built to an exceptionally high standard.

Commissioning a piece of bespoke furniture is a close collaboration where we take time to understand your needs and tailor the approach to suit each project. Our flexible approach to design can be seen in the wide variety of projects and styles we have been commissioned to make in the past. We avoid imposing a ‘house style’ on a project. Instead we create craft made pieces which reflect your tastes and style, and match your specific needs.

We would love to discuss your project with you- give us a call on 07877843744, email or use the form here

If you would like to visit the workshop, please call or email to make an appointment.

The Process

While every project is different, the process (usually) begins with a visit to the client's home or premises to discuss the project, understand what is required and what problems need to be overcome. We will also require a bit of time to take some measurements.
After this initial meeting we will produce 2 - 3 initial ideas with rendered drawings, a range of estimated costs along with sample materials if necessary.

We would then arrange a follow up meeting to discuss the preferred options and hopefully narrow down the ideas to a final design - this could take place at the workshop or at the clients home again. This allows us to produce a final design with production drawings, a preliminary schedule for production and a quotation.

More samples can be produced to help visualise the final result.

Once the design and costs are approved production can begin!

Our lead time and production time varies depending on the current order book and size and scale of your job, please get in touch and we can advise of our current lead time.
